One of the great things about the wonderful interwebz is you can find plenty to read or watch or listen to on pretty much any subject imaginable.
On the other hand, this never ending quality is not always a good thing. So much to see, do and watch and so little time is the mantra of most of us I think.
With that in mind, I thought I would share a couple of things I read this week that I thought were not only worth reading but worth sharing.
I’m not necessarily trying to add to your reading load, but rather, I hope I’ve saved you just a few minutes by pulling out a few things that might be worth reading more than others. Things that will guide and inspire you on your writer’s path. I also included the picture above hoping it will take away a bit of the deep freeze many of us have been experiencing lately here in the U.S. Spring will be here soon
Today’s Round Up
The first item is from Copyblogger. If you don’t already subscribe to it, I highly recommend it for lots of reasons. The post I draw your attention to is called Is It Finally Time for You to Step Up? If you’ve been holding off on starting your book, on sharing what you have to share, I believe your perspective will change after reading this.
The second item is from Seth Godin. I could make a month’s worth of inspiring round ups from his writings, but this one fit so well with the one above that I just had to share.
This one talks about a short sentence that every author/writer needs to get used to saying and, more importantly believing whole-heartedly. I wish someone had given me this advice much sooner.
Love to know if you like these as much as I do. Also, if you came across something this past week that’s also inspirational in nature, feel free to add to the round up in the comments below.
